They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well, if that's true, some breakfast cereal producers need to get on the stick, at least according to most nutritionists. We will see some of what is available for the typical family.
The sad truth is, most breakfast cereals are pretty much empty calories, at least you buy the box. Oh, there are exceptions, but you really need to find them as the most common breakfast cereals are pretty much marketed to children. To see how this is true, one need only walk down the cereal aisle at your local supermarket and take a look some of the more popular titles.
If you have been watching TV since the 1960s to be sure you hear Tony The Tiger scream, "They're Great!" He of course talked about the Sugar Kellogg's frosted flakes. This is one of the cereal that you can send a child to become sugar stroke without even blinking an eye. This is not surprising that children in schools will be hyper all day. And of course the list of children's cereals is forever on the run with a title such as "Sugar Pops", "Sugar Smacks", "Corn Pops", "Count Chocula", "Frankenberry", "Booberry", "Cocoa Pebbles", "Captain crunch "," cheerios "," Honey Nut cheerios, "" Trix "," Lucky Charms "and the ongoing and in the. It's like an invasion army only to check each box, with more sugar than the other.
Fortunately, there are some decent cereals out there. For some health nuts have enough nutritious titles such as "Golean", "Golean Crunch," "Wheaties", "Cream of Wheat", "Farina" and other similar types.
